Welcome to the Marquette Employee Wellness Blog! This blog will highlight events, resources, information, and personal stories related to the wellness of Marquette faculty and staff.

The Employee Wellness Program offers an array of programming, including Grow presentations, cooking demonstrations, Weight Watchers at Work, fitness classes, wellness challenges and campaigns. We want to tell you more about our programs. Not only that, we want to tell you about all of the wellness related events and services offered by Marquette University. There’s a lot going on, but our goal is to keep you in the loop!

In addition to promoting events, the blog will provide resources that you may use to enhance your personal wellness. Our blog contributors include members of our Wellness Implementation Committee, but we hope you will assist by sharing your own tips and insights!  As individuals and as a university, we can work together to find solutions to common challenges.  How do we incorporate physical activity and healthy food into our work day?  How do we balance work and life?  How do we manage our stress? How can our environment best support a healthy lifestyle?

We hope Marquette employees use this blog to connect, share, learn and support one another as we work together to grow a culture of wellness at Marquette.
